Automate the front desk without losing control

- 02During the stay

Three separate moments
Email delivery time, the start of chat access and the release of private instructions are different settings. You can prepare guests before their trip without releasing entry codes early. Set and check each window separately.
Use the property’s time zone
Check stay dates, email addresses and the time zone before enabling delivery. Sending at 09:00 the day before arrival needs a precise meaning for the property. Also check how guests entered after the scheduled time are handled.
Check outcomes, not just the switch
After saving the rules, review scheduled deliveries and errors in the guest record. An email being sent does not prove it was read. Keep manual delivery available for exceptions, and do not promise WhatsApp if that channel is not active.
Before you activate
- Verified dates and time zone
- Chat access separate from check-in release
- Email outcomes reviewed
Frequently asked questions
Can the link arrive before check-in?
Yes, with early delivery and a compatible validity window. Private instructions can become available at a different time.
Is enabling automatic delivery enough?
No. Correct contact details, valid stays and saved rules are needed; always check planned deliveries and their outcomes.
