One topic, one clear answer
Group information by guest need: breakfast, parking, arrival and services. Write a self-contained answer for each topic, including conditions and limits. Avoid an old PDF contradicting a time updated elsewhere.
Simple and advanced, without losing content
Simple mode guides essential setup; advanced mode exposes the full knowledge-base tools. Switching modes should not be understood as deleting content. Check existing information before creating copies.
Saved does not mean published
Review imported material before making it available. Welcome, directions and check-in can have separate states: a complete section may still be a draft. Check publication and times; a high content count is not a measure of answer accuracy.
Before you activate
- No conflicting hours
- PDF and website imports reviewed
- Draft and published content distinguished
Frequently asked questions
Can I use PDFs and website content?
Advanced tools support these sources. Always check imported content and remove outdated information.
Where should entry codes go?
In private check-in instructions with appropriate availability, not in general content or a welcome accessible before arrival.
