Holiday rentals: independent arrival, supported guests
Put instructions, photos and access timing in order for a clearer stay without a reception desk.

Write the real arrival sequence
From address to entrance, intercom to door: describe steps in the order guests encounter them. Do not assume they recognise the doorbell name or device. Pair every photo with an understandable action.
Protect information that grants entry
The personal link and instruction availability should follow stay dates. Do not put codes in public material, general knowledge content or marketing screenshots. Review settings before sending a welcome message.
Prepare departure as well
State the check-out time, where to leave keys and the actions actually required. Avoid contradictory PDF and chat rules. If using a post-stay questionnaire, check the confirmed structured check-out time on which delivery depends.
Before you activate
- Steps tested by someone unfamiliar with the property
- Codes excluded from public content
- Departure instructions updated
Frequently asked questions
Can I send information before arrival?
Yes. Separate travel directions from private instructions and configure availability windows suited to the stay.
Is a check-out time in a PDF enough?
Scheduling delivery a number of hours later needs a confirmed operational time. Check the structured value as well as the PDF text.
