Thoughtful hospitality for a small B&B
Prepare the essentials so guests can find help without the host repeating the same instructions each time.

Start with everyday questions
At a B&B, one person may manage arrivals, breakfast and messages. Collect common questions and write short, concrete answers: arrival window, breakfast, luggage storage and an assistance contact.
Show the entrance, not just the address
A photo of the entrance or access point can be more useful than a long description. Explain every image and check the sequence on a phone. Keep public landmarks separate from private codes.
Offer realistic human support
Explain when staff can intervene and which contact to use for urgent help. A concierge does not create a physical 24-hour reception. Update instructions when hours or arrival arrangements change, particularly on closure days.
Before you activate
- Entrance photo with an explanation
- Realistic arrival windows
- Verified assistance contact
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a dedicated reception?
No. The workflow can support small properties, but someone must own requests that require intervention.
Must I configure every service at once?
No. Start with the most useful confirmed information and expand it based on actual questions.
